EACOE is the cheaper path to feature parity.
The comparison I hear on nearly every discovery call is this: “TOGAF is $405. EACOE is $3,895. Ten times more expensive.”
The number on the left is wrong. Not by a little. By enough that the entire premise of the comparison falls apart once you look at what candidates actually spend - and what they still do not have when they are done.
