Let’s address that directly. You do not discard your Business Architecture work. That is not what BACOE does. The Business Architecture Center Of Excellence (BACOE) does not replace your foundation. It builds on top of it.
Your Guild-aligned artifacts are a baseline. They represent where your organization is, how it operates, and how it thinks about value. That has value. We treat it that way. The question is never “do we keep this?” The question is “how do we make it executable?”
