For Long-term TOGAF® users evaluating EACOE™

There is not a week that goes by that I get an email, or inquiry with the following concern, and I want to address it head-on: if you have spent years building out TOGAF-based architecture work, ADM phases, catalogs, architecture repositories, ArchiMate models, none of that goes in the trash. That is not what we do. The Enterprise Architecture Center Of Excellence™, EACOE™, does not ask you to start over. It picks up from what you have.

Your TOGAF documentation is a baseline. A real one. It tells us where you are. That has value, and we treat it as value. The question is never "do we keep this?" The question is "what do we build on top of it?"
